How can I remove finger nail polish from leather in my car ?

I have tried nail polish remover without any success. It ran down the side, and is thicker on the side. HELP !How can I remove finger nail polish from leather in my car ?
This isn't a disastor, but may require a couple trys. You need something to soften the leather and get under the polish. The first thing that comes to mind that won't damage the leather is Permatex lanolin hand cleaner. A can is no more than $1.29. You don't want the stuff with grit in it. Rub that on the area to soften it up and try to remove the polish with a nylon instrument, or something that won't rip the leather. Nylon is good.

A second method would be to apply mink oil and warm it gently with a hair dryer or something hot. That should get under the polish and you can lift it up. Don't use a lighter to warm it, you'll burn something.

Okay there's two for you.How can I remove finger nail polish from leather in my car ?
Nail polish remover may ';soften it some'; but try a small needle or point and ';pick it off'; a little at a time. If leather loses color you can get some leather dye to touch it up. Go slowly removing it and touching it up.

Gently gently....Like a doctor.. Strive to ';do no harm'; to what's already done.

Good luck

i dont think you can really get it all out from inside. iunno, try pain thinner or take it to sshop , they can try steaming it.
Put the nail polish remover on a cotton ball then try it
you should try rubbing alcohol

that might work but if it doesn't if you have white car seats try bleach
Try GO JOE hand cleaner. Put a blob of the paste on it and let it stand for a little while to soften it first
goo-gone and stop driving while instaling your make up do that at home thats what gives women a bad driving rap
