Try rubbing alcohol, its a lot of rubbing but it works , actually use a file first and then the rubbing alcohol, what the file doesn't get the alcohol will!

Put 2 cups of lemon juice and 3teaspoons of vinegar.Soak your nails in that for 20minutes then rub some clear nail polish on it right away

Something that is alcohol based or a scourer to rub the polish off.
soak your nails in warm water for ten minutes and try using rubbing alchohol.
Rip your finger nails off.
pick at your nails till the nail polish peels off
