im pretty sure any type of alcohol will work, im not sure if itll remove nailpolish though, put i got pen all over my lips (dont ask) and i drank beer and it came off.
or just scrub really hard with water and soap on like a towel or something
soak her hands in warm water and theyll soften and you can scrape it off. it will make the skin irritated though.

just wash and scrub your hands
