No, because nail varnish isn't natural, you need a chemical like acetone to remove it.
Paint remover will take it off but it's too strong for most people's skin and it's not recommended to be in physical contact with it for too long.
As I recall there was one Anne Klein perfume I once had that I had to stop using because it would soften my nail polish, but I can't remember the name of it or if it's still being sold. I suspect it had acetone in it for some reason.
