Dip a Q-tip in the nail polish remover and removes it with that. and put the nail polish remover on it and use it that way
you can take a q-tip and put some remover on it then out it on your skin it works every time for me

put potion on your hands BEFORE polishing your nails after the polish has dried wash your hands in cold water the lotion keeps the polish from binding to your skin so when you wash your hands it just comes right off
you take nail polish remover, and then take a q-tip and rub it on the places you want to get rid of the polish. and then wash your hands with soap. and or lotion.
put nail polish remover on a cu-tip. and get it off carefully or have someone do it for you.
Soak the area in warm water and then it should rub off. If not carefully remove with nail polish remover.
