Removing nail from wall?

I was trying to remove an old Latch strike and half the nail broken, how could i get the remainder of the nail out of my wall?Removing nail from wall?
if it's stuck an inch or two in the wall, you can't even see it, so just patch over it.Removing nail from wall?
take a hammer and beat holes all around the nail in the wall. the nail will just fall out. easy fix.
Simply use the new Nail Hunter, a pliers like design which grips the remaining nail shaft, then allows you to crank down on the handles and use the fulcrum like head to merely pull any nail, headless or not. It is the first hand tool designed solely for pulling nails. The head of the Nail Hunter can be struck with a hammer to even force the points below the surface to lever out the nail! About time!

The secret is the grab AND the fulcrum, which disperses the energy around the tool head and won't damage the wall!
If any of it is still sticking out, lock on a pair of vise-grips and then put something under the edge of it to use as a pivot and then bend your vise-grips over the pivot it will put right out. Or if you have enough for your hammer to catch hold of hook it around the nail and then push your hammer to the side, it will pivot on the claw and pull the nail out.
hammer it in further?

Then just patch over it...
depends on the size of the nail - if it is a small nail you could probably pull out with a pair of pliers or else just hammer it in - if its not bothering you and fill it up with plaster
