Removing nail polish from a wooden table surface.Any ideas on removing the nail polish with minimal damage ?

My grand daughter had spilled so nail polish on the table and hopefully your website will be helpful.Thanks to all who answered.

haha whatever you do , do not use nail polish remover. i can't tell you how much of my parents furniture i ruined when i was younger doing this. lol. good luck.
i've put water when it was not yet dry.





then i've used cotton to remove it
wait for it to dry and scrape it off. DO NOT use nail pollish remover. it wil take of the finishh
